Section III – Division B – BAKING – OPEN
Class 8 – Dark Rich Fruit Cake
Must only be baked in a square sandwich tin of exactly 20cm (8in.) in diameter. The winner of this class will be required to submit a fruit cake to the Sub–Chamber being held on Saturday, June 28, 2025, at Gayndah.
Class 9 – Carrot Cake – Iced
Class 10 – Plain Scones
Scones should be no less than 6.3cm (2–1/2in.) and no greater than 7.6cm (3in.) in diameter, once baked.
Class 11– Victoria Sandwich
Class 12 – Raspberry Slice
Class 13– Any Other Kind
